Hitcents was the first business to locate in Western Kentucky University’s Center for Research and Development, opening their doors on December 11, 2002. Several expansions have taken place since that time and Hitcents now occupies over 12,000 square feet of office space. Being located in the Center for Research and Development has provided Hitcents with the opportunity to continually expand in accordance with the growth of the company.
As you can see in the Virtual Tour the office was developed with an Open Office Concept, to allow all employees to work together as a team. This layout supports a more cohesive staff who work together to generate the best solutions possible for their clients.
The Hitcents servers are housed in a vault, making them the most secure servers anywhere. The vault is surrounded by 15 inches of concrete with reinforced steel imbedded in the concrete. The vault door weighs over 3,000 pounds.
